Adventure
Hollowreach
★★★★★ 4.6
Hollowreach is a quiet exploration adventure. You descend into an old mine, tap to move and examine, and slowly piece together what happened to the people who worked there. There's no combat — the tension comes from the dark and from a hand-drawn map you fill in yourself.
The puzzles are environmental and fair. You find a lever here, a note there, and the game trusts you to connect them without flashing hints everywhere. I got genuinely stuck once and the solution turned out to be sitting in my own map notes the whole time.
It's a short, memorable game — four or five hours — and it runs beautifully offline. A great candidate for a single long journey.
