About
Offline Pocket started as a shared spreadsheet between a few friends who kept recommending each other games for train rides. It grew into a small editorial site because the spreadsheet got messy and we wanted room to actually explain things.,We only cover games that work with the connection switched off. That rules out a lot of popular titles, which is exactly the point — there's plenty of coverage elsewhere for the always-online stuff.,Every game gets installed, played for a real stretch of time, and written up by hand. No auto-generated summaries, no copying store descriptions. If we didn't finish something, we say so.,The catalogue leans toward variety: a bit of role-playing, some strategy, a racer or two, the odd simulator. We'd rather have six genres than six clones of the same puzzle.
